Delta State Poly Otefe-Oghara Post UTME Form for 2021/2022 Academic Session is Out. The cut-off mark is 120. Candidates who didn’t choose the school can apply. The form cost N2,000.

Delta State Poly Otefe-Oghara Post UTME Form

This is to inform the public that the Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe-Oghara Post utme form for 2021/2022 Academic Session is now on sale.

Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into ND Programmes at Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe-Oghara (DESPO) for the 2021/2022 academic session.

Candidates Eligible for Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe-Oghara Post UTME.

  1. Candidates who wrote the 2021 UTME and scored 120 and above.
  2. Candidates who chose Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe-Oghara and those who did not but wish to change to Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe-Oghara.
  3.  Candidates must possess Five (5) O/L Credits in relevant subjects including Mathematics and English Language.


  • The following subjects are taken as one: Economics or Commerce, Government or History, Biology or Agricultural Science, Principle of Accounts or Book Keeping, CRS/IRK is accepted only for all Business related Courses.
  • Candidates who applied for Computer Science must have at least a pass in Physics.

How to Apply for DESPO Post UTME.

  1. Log on to then click on ND Application Form.
  2. Click the payment button to pay a non-refundable application fee of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000:00) made online with Verve or Master debit Card (ATM Card).
  3. Fill the online application form with the requested information and submit.
  4. Print two (2) copies of the online acknowledgment form to conclude the registration.

Delta State Poly Otefe-Oghara Post UTME Screening Exercise.

Candidates shall be subjected to Post -UTME Screening Exercise on a date to be announced later.

The Screening exercise is for the following candidates:

  1. Those who chose Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe-Oghara.
  2. All candidates who did not choose Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe-Oghara as first choice are advised to access JAMB website and apply for a change of Institution to Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe-Oghara.
  3. Candidates are advised to come with writing materials and HB Pencil.

Candidates for the Screening exercise are required to come with the original copies of the following:

  1. JAMB Result Slip
  2. O/L Result
  3. Certificate of Local Government of Origin
  4. Two (2) Recent Passport Photographs
  5. The Application Form (Photocopy) and Bursary receipt
  6. Birth Certificate

CLOSING DATE: Closing date for sale of forms for the Screening exercise and the date for  Post-UTME will be communicated to candidates soonest.


  • Candidates are advised to come for the screening exercise on the date that would be announced later with their anti-Covid 19 masks as those not wearing their face masks will not be allowed into the Polytechnic campus. 
  • All candidates are to ensure proper washing of hands and apply hand sanitizers which have been provided at every entrance to the screening halls. There will also be temperature test in every entrance.
