Federal University of Technology Owerri, FUTO Post UTME Form for 2021/2022 Session is now on sale. Cut-off mark is 150. Candidates who didn’t choose FUTO can apply. FUTO Direct Entry Form is also out. The form cost N2,000. The deadline to apply is 7th October 2021.

The Federal University of Technology Owerri, (FUTO) Post UTME Form for 2021/2022 academic session is out. Application commences on Thursday, September 23, 2021 and closes on Thursday, October 7, 2021.

Please also be informed that the FUTO Direct Entry Form for 2021/2022 Academic Session is also on sale.

Candidates Eligible to Apply.

  1. Candidates who choose FUTO as First Choice University in the 2021 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and scored a minimum of 150.
  2. Direct Entry candidates must be holders of OND/HND/First Degree and A’ Level in relevant discipline and subjects.
  3. Those who did not choose FUTO as First Choice University but scored a minimum of 150 in their UTME can also apply on the condition that they visit the JAMB website for a change of Institution.

FUTO Post-Utme Screening Method.

An Aptitude Test will hold for both UTME and Direct Entry candidates, the specific date and time for individual candidates would be communicated in due course.

How to Apply for FUTO Post UTME Form.

The official cost for the form is Two Thousand Naira Only (N2,000).

To apply, follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Visit the University website: futo.edu.ng
  2. Click on Prospective students.
  3. Click on the link; “2021/2022 POST-UTME/Direct Entry Application”.
  4. Then click on “Click Here to Apply” for UTME and Click here to Apply for Direct Entry Enter your JAMB Registration Number to generate Payment Invoice containing the Remita Retrieval Reference Number (RRR).
  5. Proceed to any Bank with the payment invoice OR simply pay with your ATM Card.
  6. Return to the Application page (same links above) and enter your JAMB Registration number again.
  7. Proceed with the completion of the form.
  8. Correctly enter your O’Level results.
  9. Confirm your entries.
  10. Submit your application.
  11. Print out your acknowledgement slip.
  12. Await further communication from the University.

Some other Important Things to Know?

  1. You must enter a valid mobile number and e-mail address for further communications.
  2. You must upload your O’Level results on JAMB PORTAL on/before September, 01, 2020.
  3. Those who fail to register within the period WILL NOT be qualified for the Exercise.
  4. Any candidate who fails to successfully submit his application online would automatically lose his/her chance of being considered for admission.
    FOR DIRECT ENTRY CANDIDATES: In addition to 1-4 above;
  5. Kindly ensure that your academic transcript reaches the Registrar, Federal University of Technology, Owerri on/before Friday, October 29, 2021.
  6. Any candidate who fails to submit his/her academic transcript would not be considered for Admission.
